The problems that occurred on 03/15/2022 in the Karlsruhe region have been resolved as of 03/16/2022 - 14:30. The affected Karlsruhe region is back to normal operation.
On 03/15/2022, problems occurred in the Karlsruhe region. The areas affected are:
- the internal storage system CEPH
Effect of the disturbance
The disruption may mean the following impact on virtual machines in the region:
- No new instances can be started at this time
- Existing instances can not be re-started
We are currently observing problems with the Ceph storage system. Among other things, volumes are no longer visible although they still exist in the storage system. We are actively working to resolve the issues.
The bwCloud operations group is working to identify and fix the cause of the issues. We apologize for the inconvenience caused!
